Very nice to see your post! Anyway, I started 'formal' weight training
about 5 weeks ago. What a difference. Most of my lifting is done with
free weights which makes it easier to build up the weaker side (according
to my instructor, very common). When using a machine, a person's stronger
side will do most of the work. Not so with free weights. Can not believe
the difference in everything! I have not done anything that feels as great
as this weight lifting thing. Apparently weight training gets oxygen to
every muscle group in your body. I'm really beginning to feel a difference
in my weaker side. Word of caution - be sure to have a knowledgeable
person get you going. You can really injure yourself if you do this
improperly.
