Re: speaking of EZ boots...
My horse is shoeless for winter and his walls are starting to chip up to the
nailholes in places. I thought of leaving EZ Boots on him for a while as
those nail holes grow out. Has anyone done this before? Can I just cut a
hole in the bottom of EZ boots for air circulation and leave the boots on
him for a month or two?? Will glue-on Mustad's work better (and allow
expansion)? Do I just let him rough it and wait until Feb. when his feet
should start looking better? He's galloping around, so I don't think he's
hurting. I think it's hurting me more than him. :-)
Thanks -
