No. But public lands do, and many private landowners do, too. And if you
have any assets at all, you're really out on a limb if you don't. There are
several places to get event insurance, depending on your club affiliations,
etc. Insurance One is pretty clued in to AERC rides, works closely with
AERC, and has very reasonable rates and good coverage, so that may well be
your easiest route to go.
