Online ride calendar updated.

The online ride calendar has been updated to the Dec. Endurance News
at

http://207.141.24.85/rides/idc/ridesCUSTOM.idc?

It would be very useful if ride managers - and anyone else that is 
familiar with rides - check them this time.

Russ and I are automating the software to update the calendar
and some "features" have crept in.  Last night - every single
ride had the same ride manager....

Please let me know if you see anything unusual in the calendar entries.
