Not new.  We've had a strong contingency in Georgia for years.

I'm terrified.  The forecast is for temps in the 80's.  Kaboot's got a
full winter coat and I just can't see clipping and forcing him to wear a
blanket all winter.  I'm considering hiring a water truck to follow me
down all those dirt roads.  This is for real Howard...be careful.  While
we rode along the trail the last time I did that ridek, I had a VERY
experienced rider describe her horse crashing there.  Very sobering. (and
you can usually use a little sobering can't you? >g<)  We've had record
highs here in Chattanooga for the last 2 days.  I rode Kaboot right at
dark today and though I needed a sweat shirt, he got hot pretty quick.

I don't do practical jokes.  Touch me and you'll find out where I stood
