With each passing year I am glad for the little 14.2 (on a tall day) flaxen 
chestnut daughter of my favorite mare our our treasured Sal. Why? Not as far 
to climb on or fall off! What can she do? Anything. Everything - quick as a 
cat, clean over fences, 18" overtrack at the trot - and nearly ready to 
really ride! Do I wish she was taller? Not on your life!

I am quite willing to admit/boast that my beautiful new friend, Tennessee
Walking Horse, Last Chance Comet, is 14:3hh.

I haven't measured him with a stick, yet, though I'd like to at some point.
