New beet pulp question

I bought beet pulp from a different feed store so it was a different
brand than what I usually get. As I poured the last bag into a barrel I
looked at the tag on it .  It said   FOR RUMINANTS ONLY !  I have not
seen this before. The manufactuer was closed so I couldn't call them.
The ingredients are: Dried Beet Pulp, CSF, and Beet Molasses. Does
anyone know what CSF is?   I thought beet pulp was beet pulp and did not
have anything added that would harm the horses. Any ideas on this?
