Where are you located?

Here in Ohio, the AHA sanctions  CTRs, LDs and endurance rides and lets
the miles accumulate for recognition and awards for all 3 disciplines
for Arabs and half Arabs. (The miles accumulate for the horse, not the
rider.) I'm sure other AHA organizations have the same set up. (Other
members of AHAO please correct me if I'm wrong.)

So even if AERC won't recognize your miles that aren't endurance miles,
there's probably another organization that would.
