Last mile vet check

Angie,

The requirement 1 mile vet check is not AERC.  The Old Dominion has that
rule within the club rides.  But it is really a vet check within the last 5
miles.  It just so happens that the 1 mile from the finish is the only safe
place to set up a vet check on this trail.
