    I hate oleander plants.  Been around them most of my life.  I was born in 
Palm Springs, CA.  Even people that have them in their back yards there don't 
know how poisonous the plant is.
    I find it very funny and unusual that this is the same government that 
makes us travel with certified hay and are complaining about our horse's poop 
passing on weeds.
    But then the government hasn't figured out that birds pick at poop and 
fly to different areas either. :)
