Rim pad question

For the time being, my gelding needs rim pads.  What do all you old-bies
recommend?

(This wannabie is grateful for all the advice she's gotten from folks doing
the things I'm still only dreaming about.  Experienced endurance riders have
donated a lot of time and typing to tutor me -- absolutely priceless!!)
