Barn Hardware

My new barn is about half way completed, the siding is going up as I type.
You know I'm really in seventh heaven to finally have my very own barn after
so very many years of keeping my horses in other people's barns. Now I need
to find hardware for the stall doors. The stalls are being built with double
dutch style doors to the outside and a lower door only to the barn aisle.
Because of the interior layout, sliding doors weren't feasible. Anyway, I
really don't care much for the typical  lightweight door or gate latch that
is available. Wouldn't mind spending a bit more for some fancy and sturdy
(not to mention horse proof) hinges and latches if I could find them. My
girl river is a little too clever with her lips for her own good! Any
suggestions??
