Fwd: RC: Lake Oroville Vista 25/50

I got one from AERC ride listings.  I heard there is a little trouble with 
the trail, but don't know for sure.  It is a new ride so maybe she is out 
trying to get everything in order.  I know the area and there will be a lot 
of work to pull off this ride.  I have always wondered why there wasn't a 
endurance ride there before, maybe this is why.
