The first year we moved to our 5 acres, I had the fire ants under control by
using Logic and other 'stuff' but then we adopted Sammy, the emu, and I
don't want to take a chance of hurting him with chemicals so I have not put
any out to kill the ants........thus we have a pasture full of fire ant
mounds and I enjoy messing the mounds up with my hoe or shovel or
boot......now I can't wait to go out tomorrow and start FIRE ANT WARS!!
