Doubt/hope its not his stifles.  He had an operationon them as exercise made 
the problem worse. So the ligament which caused them to lock was operated on 
and surgically severed some four years ago. I belive that it can 
occassionaly grow back, but have never heard of anyone experiencing this.

Im having his back checked as well.
