I had a horse vetted and based on the vets finding I did not proceed
with the purchase. I have a good friend who has spent $4000. (no
kidding) on complete vet checks on three horses and did not buy any. Two
had too many bone changes on the radiographs and the third had a bone
chip in a rear fetlock. FYI, these horses are Friesians (actually one
was an Andulusian) and the price is over 22K for each horse. Needless to
say, she is very frustrated and sad.
