Killer Bees
Here in Las Vegas, a couple weeks ago, a dog was barking at some abandoned
bee hives. But, the Africianized Bees had taken over the hives, they swarmed
the dog and it had to be put down from the result of numerous stings. The
bees and hives were destroyed. This was only about 3 miles from our
neighborhood. Pretty scary. I haven't seen any while out riding. They said on
the news, that when a bee stings, it gives off an odor and the other bees
react to that odor.
Happy riding,
Peggie Norton
