IAHA stands behind recent EPRB [Boggs] decision

From the first paragraph:  "A letter was recently published by counsel
for David Boggs, and another lawsuit was filed Friday, Oct. 1, 1999
concerning the Ethical Practice Review Board (EPRB) proceeding involving
Boggs."

From the final paragraph:  "The new litigation recently filed by Boggs
will require IAHA to expend its limited resources in defending the
EPRB’s decision. A failure to defend the EPRB’s decision would undermine
the membership's confidence in the EPRB and the ability of IAHA and its
members to effectively protect the integrity of the Arabian horse, IAHA
and IAHA’s recognized shows. While IAHA sincerely hopes that Boggs will
not continue additional litigation, IAHA is committed to vigorously
upholding the decision of the EPRB"
