I agree with this but then there are those that will breed just to the
paper. Several well known stallions are admitted to have serious defects,
conformation, heredity and physical, but people breed to them because they
are the popular piece of paper at the time. Greed and the desire for fame
exceed rationality.

	You have to know it was altered before you can impose regulatory sanctions
on it as well. Just publicize it. No need to sterilize the animal.
