Retirement villa for aged horse

Hi..anyone have an idea where I can put a retired arab (32 years young).?  He 
is presently near Del Mar, Ca... they are breaking up the ranch for 
houses....anyone have an extra pasture...need a buddy not too far away where 
we can still love and fondle?  thanks in advance....you can email me
