Looking for Patrick Bodoh from CA.  In the latest TB there was a question/concern addressed to Nancy Lovings.  It was concerning the 64 & 60 heartrate criteria being used at the AERC rides.

Would also like your opinions on the lower criteria.  We are finding out that there are horses that even in top condition, do have higher heart rates. 

Are they (the vets) going too far with lowering criteria??
