Annual Meetin of Members

Bob Morris is right about the importance of an annual meeting of the members
of a nonprofit corportation.  Not only do the Bylaws of most corporations
require them but the incorporation statutes of most jurisdictions do too.

To meet the annual meeting requirements, notice must usually be made by a
specific method with a defined notice period.  I haven't got the bylaws here
but there would still be time to publish notice and conduct at least a
minimal meeting--although a serious one with adequate time and an agenda
would be even better.
