Just popping in as an avid observer--also note of thanks
Greetings List members.... I wanted to extend my "virtual hand" of
thanks to a couple of members who contacted me for opening up their
farms to possible stable overnight guests in September. I think it
speaks highly of the type and caliber of people I am corresponding
with. So here here to Cookie in Wyoming, and Gail in Colorado.
Also... slightly different topic. Getting involved not only in the
group but with the discussion of endurance horses in general. I would
simply love to ride an endurance race on an Arabian (a Russian
Arabian) and would like to find other people to correspond with to
research the potential costs.... how to spot good confirmation,
understand pedigree better, and find a horse to buy eventually.... I
plan to own an endurance horse after I get married in September.
However....I realize I may put off the purchase of "our" horse til
after the wedding is paid for... hehe.... also... My fiancee and I
would like to have a trail ride in the beautiful hills of Colorado....
and we would like to also invite any members that happen to be in the
area to come to... If your interested.... Details will become much
more concrete as the months go by the wayside. I enjoy the articles
and opinions on this list.... And I am in agreement with the vast
majority about the "anonymous" posting.... That is undeserved to have
a slash and burn tactic employed against another person... Thank you
very much for all interesting things to read and learn about.... Very
sincerely yours, Britt James Fellner.... a delighted soon to be
husband at the tender age of 35. (and soon to be endurance horse owner)
