P.S.  forgot to mention that I don't feed alfalfa.  They can have it at a 
vet check if it's provided and that's all there is, but generally we stick 
with plain 'ol grass hay (usually Timothy).  Sometimes my bales have a 
little bit of a mix, which causes me to call up the hay guy and whine 
because it causes my horses to get too fat.
