Yes, we have had a horse with sarcoids. The treatment is, go all the way,
with lazier removal and with follow up kemo (sp?-platium) treatments. Our
horse Rett Butler had them in 6 locations. He had to have up to 6 kemo
treatments after lazier surgery and on some he had a couple of more. He has
been in remission for over a year now and has done about 300+ miles in 50 to
60 milers. Don't mess with them unless you do the following above. They
double in less than 2 weeks if you just cut them out.
