Whenever anyone asks me for information about endurance, the first thing I
ask is if they have access to the internet and if so, I give them Steph's
website and tell them about ridecamp.  If they don't, I usually share
things I have printed out already and recently did up a handout with stuff
from this website, AERC, UMECRA, and magazine articles, etc.  This is the
best source of learning I have had next to hands on (or should that be butt
on) experience at rides!!
