Thanks, Maryben! I'll definitely look for some Grand Flex (rider)! That is much
less expensive than what I was paying at the health food store, and it's good to
know we can use it for our aging dogs as well ... and I like the idea of taking
fewer capsules and getting more nutrition (I need the Calcium/Magnesium & Vitamin
C & others as well) And I'd read that yucca is an excellent pain-reliever for
horses ... I guess it would stand to reason that it would be for people, also ...
