Yes I have tried the Synergist.   I was uncomfortable riding in it and it
made nasty pressure sores on my mule.  John DiPietra even came to my house
and tried to get the saddle to work and just couldnt do it.  I give him
credit for the fact that he did try.  Two of my clients also had saddles
made by him.  Both had the same problems with horrible skin peeling pressure
sores and they werent crazy about the seat either.  All three of us sent
them back for refunds.  For some reason John purposely makes the saddles
bridge on the horses back.  He has the idea that the horse will bring its
back up into the empty part of the bars when he trots and or gallops.  He
figures that the bridging wont affect the horse at a walk.   We had an in
depth discussion regarding this.  I still say he is very wrong in his idea.
Im sure that there are some horses out there that can use his saddles.  I
just havent found one yet.            gesa n clovis

Hello, I am searching for a new saddle and have been investigating the
Synergist saddle. Upon reading their literature and viewing their video, my
interest in this saddle has increased. However I do not know of anyone who
has used one. Someone suggested I inquire with endurance enthusiasts...so
here I am.  :-)  Has anyone here used or heard of any pros or cons about
this saddle? Thanks for your time. I sincerely appreciate it.
