Yeah, now I remember about the name for the spots. Have seen the story
elsewhere, too. But I assume no one is implying that Birdcatcher, or
all horses with little white spots (that aren't Appys) are suffering
from aluminum toxicity?
Nas has just 2 spots I can find, both on his left side, back towards the
flank. But he has lots of grey (or silver!) hairs all over, more like a
negative image of a flea bitten grey, if that makes any sense. He's
been getting more and more of these hairs as he's grown older, but has
had some since we got him when he was 8. On Nas these hairs are a sign
of maturity and distinction, right?! Lif
