Mens foot sizes

OK gang - here's a vaguely horse related question.  I have a pair of
(apparently) hand or custom made quilted black suede cowboy boots I'm
going to list on eBay - but there's no size in them.  They're bigger
than my own boots (I wear the equivalent of a man's 8 or 8 1/2 boot - I
think!) and smaller than Paul's (he wears 13E).  These boots measure 12
1/2" from heel to pointy tip, and 4 1/2' wide.  Is there any wonderful
person out there with boots (or shoes) sized somewhere around mens (I'm
guessing) 10 to 12 that could take a tape measure to the soles and tell
me what they are?  Thanks in advance.  Lif
