    The only person responsible for "depriving" Mr. Boggs of earning a living 
is Mr. Boggs.  
    The IAHA and AHSA share in the culpability as well for allowing methods 
such as his to "evolve" to the present state.  
    IMO Mr. Boggs is just the tip of the iceberg.
