Starting up in Endurance Riding

Hi everybody!

I'm new at this endurance thing and I very much want to get involved!  I would like any advice on how to get started or what kind of horse to get.  Do I need a crew?  Do I need to make any special contacts?  I'll be happy to talk to anybody and even do some work! (grin) Email me and let me hear from you.
