half chaps

i found some very decent suede half chaps in the Stateline sale flyer for 
only 29.90 and they seem like they will hold up very well.  They have the 
velcro running down the length of the calf and they are lined at the inside.  
Made in Germany and come in Black and brown.  A deal!!
