My point was there is no reason people shouldn't be able to learn manners at
endurance rides, not have to go elsewhere. I've never been to a CTR, but I
know in some areas there are so many more of them than endurance rides that
it does make sense to go to them. I'm sure it is possible to learn quite a
lot there. The attitude just seems to be that endurance is comprised of
rude, wild, unhelpful hooligans. I've not really found that to be true in
our area, but I shudder to think that is the impression given anywhere.
