You stated: <<<< ANY HORSE WHO STANDS FOR BC SHOULD BE "FIT TO CONTINUE" AT THE ONE HOUR EXAM OR HE WILL NOT BE JUDGED FOR BC.>>>> Angie, that is the basic requirement for completion. If you read the BC form it definitely states "Not eligible for consideration for B.C. if there is a pathological gait aberration greater than grade II" What more could you ask for other than education for the vets to understand grade II. If is grade II then it should get no more than a 2 for a score! It might be better if you asked for complete adherence to the rules as they now exist rather than add new ones that every one will ignore. O.K. just looking at my AERC survey. They want to know any rules that I think need altered. I have one I want to throw out at ya'll. ANY HORSE WHO STANDS FOR BC SHOULD BE "FIT TO CONTINUE" AT THE ONE HOUR EXAM OR HE WILL NOT BE JUDGED FOR BC. I don't think there's any excuse for a dead lame horse to get a high BC score, no matter how fast it went or how much weight it carried. Am I wrong?
