I agree! Besides it doesn't say much for endurance people to want riders to 
go to another sport to learn & then come to us!! Maybe the Central Region is 
more laid back or something. I really fail to see why people need rules or 
judges to "force" learning good manners for their horses. The basic 
ettiquette should be the same in any event where there are large groups of 
people and horses.
