Heidi, I agree the CRI is only one tool, but it will often show up before 
anything else does.
Unfortunately, there are areas of the country where there seems to be a lot 
of resistance to it's use.
Not ever having ridden the area (Vermont) that the people were talking 
about, I was curious about its use there.
