If this horse is still leading into the trailer for you you have not made any big mistakes and blown her trust. I have no magic bullet
to offer you, but I would keep 2 points in mind A) train your horse to take one step into the trailer, wait for you to tell her and
then back her out before you go for the complete load.  B) Drive ridicously carefully when you haul her - take foreever to slow up and
slow way up for every corner, etc until she has gotten comfortable about riding in the trailer.  Divided 2 horse trailers take a lot
more learning for many horses.  I cheated and bought a stock type trailer myself but I know most horses will do fine in a divided
trailer.
