	I suggest you check with the local animal welfare authorities.  In some
states,as the contracted caretaker for these animals, you may be held
responsible for their condition, should a complaint be filed.
	Even if you aren't on the hot seat, if the woman insists on maintaining
her animals in a condition you find unacceptable, I'd ask her to do so
elsewhere.
