Hi Sherrie,

I have arthritis in my knees (horsey injuries at a young age), had surgery on 
right knee Oct of 97'... I purchased a set of Trail Tech. and combined them 
with a set of EZ ride stirrups, this helps alot (although expensive).... I 
was worried about my knees and back (another horse injury) holding up but I 
am glad to say I haven't ridden my with my knee brace on all year.  Last year 
yes....  
I also take "Joint and Bone - H."  I can definitely tell when I forget them...
