Electric trailer winch

Does anyone use an electric winch (guess that's what you'd call it) on their
gooseneck instead of the hand-crank jack?  I'd like opinions on them, what
kind is good, how they hold up, what they cost.  I strained my back last
time I unhitched, so it's time to remedy the situation!  Thanks,
