Thanks for posting that, unfortunately, there's not a phone number at 
the TIER site.  I left them email.

In the "GMTA" category, both Barb Thomas and I called Anna's breeder, 
the Kinders, who will be buying the mare as soon as we get a call 
back from TIER about her location.  Then either Suzy Kelley, Barb or 
I will haul the horse home.
