YEAH! After decades of boarding and woking AT the facilities, it is a relief 
to have our horses at home, and considerably cheaper. The horses average 
about $100 each per month. Now and then we breed to outside mares, and I 
teach par time, and occasionall we have young horses to sell so it just works 
out. The IRS picks on us occasionally, but oen thing they CAN'T say is that 
we are not materially involved.
