Electro-plex electrolytes

Help.  I used electrolytes for the first time on a ride August 7th and used
Lyte-Now and really liked it, I think.  At least horse did not fall over
dead and seemed to tolerate it quite well.  Now I am getting ready for a
ride the 18th and have procrastinated ordering any from Valley Vet so went
to the local feed store and got some Electro-plex brand.  Eeeek.  Have I
made a really booboo?  Is this stuff okay?  The Lyte-Now has a probiotic
added and I think that is what I like about it.  Tried to search archives,
but got some strange things, like Spouse Support, and New Truck, when I put
in electrolytes so decided to come straight to the source.  E-mail me
privately if you wish.  Thanks.  If I need to I'll search out every tack
store and feed-o-rama within 50 miles to get the right stuff if I get a lot
of negative feedback on the Electro-plex.  The gal that sold it to me said
it was real popular, but she's a barrel racer, so not quite the same.
Anyway, I'm rambling now.  Thanks for any input.  Gay and little Buddy in
