Pa. Riding Trails ??

I'm going to be hauling up to Pennsylvania weekend after next (9/17-20) and 
I'll be looking for nice places to do relatively easy day rides.  I'm going 
to be with a friend who's new to riding. Her place is around the 
McAllisterville, Miflin area, in Junietta (sp?) county - not all that far 
from State College.  Its beautiful up there and I've done some hiking there, 
but most of those trails are not that horse friendly.
