Genie re Fallis saddles

Genie I was happy to hear someone else is still doing endurance on a Fallis. How do you change where the stirrup leathers hang? I've been riding mine for 25 years and never knew that. I feel really stupid. Also I have some guys milling lumber for me and I think they are scaling it a little high. Does anyone out there have the formula for board feet in 2x6 and 2x10? Thanks, Karen
