Info on Kahneeta Ride

  Just spoke with Linda Tribby and here is the latest
  on the Kahneeta Ride, Oct. 9. Linda will be sending
  out flyers, but asked that the information be disseminated
  far and wide.

  Location: Cyrus Horse Camp, not the Warm Springs
            Reservation. Trails on the Reservation could
            not be completed in time for the ride date.

  Directions: Take Highway #26 to the 11 mile marker (approx.).
            Turn west on road marked for Haystack Reservoir.
            Go approx 4 miles to Cyrus Horse Camp.
            Turnoffs and roads all flagged with ribbons.

  Ride Terrain: Similar to Surrabu, but with more difficulty.
            Ride will use portions of the Prineville ride 
            trails near Pine Mountain.

  Start Times: (These may be adjusted depending on
            number of entries and weather.)

           75 Mile - 5:30 a.m.
           50 Mile - 7:00 a.m.
           25 Mile - 8:30 a.m.
