I contacted the AERC office after seeing the e-mails saying
"I have not received my survey".

their response is below. you can contact them at the address
in the response, phone....

Yes, it went to everyone. Maybe you can put a posting on ridecamp and the
web page to the effect..."If you haven't received your AERC membership
survey, contact the National Office and one will be sent to you."
