Brian Reeves reward fund

I have suggested that the reward offered for Brian's horse be put into a 
fund that any profit from the Pan Am Championship are going into.  These 
funds will be used to build a another equestrian campground at Spruce Woods 
Park. There was a lot of local riders involved in the search for this horse 
and they would all benefit from the creation of another campground.  The 
proposed campground will be located on the north side of the river right 
across from where Brian and his horse parted company. There are miles of 
trails on the north side of the river which are very suitable for riding 
but there is no staging area for horses. I think this would be a very 
fitting use for this money.
