hoof bond?

Don't laught at this but about 15 years ago there was a product on the market which hardened/toughened the hoof and make it more durable to ride barefoot with - it was an American product and I think it was called Equi-(something) Hoof Bond.  Maybe Equibond, or something.  Does anyone remember such a product and is it still around?
